Coffee Kiosk Setup & Management

A fully staffed coffee kiosk, built and run for you

Beanco designs, builds, and manages coffee kiosks for offices, malls, campuses, gyms, and events across South Africa — and because we're the roaster too, the coffee your kiosk serves is ours, roasted fresh, not bought in from a third party and marked up.

You get the café experience on your premises without hiring baristas, sourcing equipment, or managing suppliers. We handle setup, staffing, stock, and maintenance — you just enjoy the coffee.

Choose the kiosk model that fits your space

Coffee counter

The entry point for smaller spaces, a compact counter setup that doesn't need a full 8m² footprint.

Counter-based kiosk

A fixed, built-in installation from 8m², suited to a permanent spot in your lobby, cafeteria, or retail space.

Modular kiosk

A self-contained unit that can be installed quickly and relocated if your space needs change.

Mobile kiosk / coffee cart

Fully portable, ideal for events, conferences, activations, or rotating between sites.

As a rough guide, a kiosk installation makes sense from 8m² of space and for locations seeing 60 or more people.

Who this is for

  • Corporate offices and campuses wanting an on-site coffee experience without running it themselves
  • Malls and retail centres adding a coffee offering to draw foot traffic
  • Gyms, co-working spaces, and business parks enhancing the member or tenant experience
  • Universities, hospitals, and other high-footfall institutions needing reliable, high-volume service
  • Events and conferences wanting a mobile coffee kiosk for a single activation or a recurring calendar of events

How it works

1

Site assessment

We look at your space and foot traffic and recommend the right model.

2

Proposal

We put together a plan covering equipment, staffing, and how you'd like to acquire the kiosk.

3

Build and launch

We handle setup, branding, equipment installation, and barista training, and coordinate launch day with you.

4

Ongoing management

Daily operations, restocking, and equipment servicing, with a 24-hour breakdown response and a monthly report as standard.

How you get the kiosk

Rental

Minimum term of 6 months, with a 2-month notice period after that and automatic renewal.

Rent-to-own

Typically a 1-year contract, building toward ownership of the kiosk.

Outright purchase

Buy the kiosk and equipment upfront.

We don't currently offer consumption-based pricing models (like per-cup billing), but we're open to shaping something bespoke with you if your business needs it.

Why businesses choose Beanco to run their kiosk

  • We're the roaster — the coffee in your kiosk is roasted by us, not sourced from a third party and marked up
  • One supplier, not three — coffee, kiosk, and staffing all come from the same team
  • 24-hour breakdown response — if equipment goes down, we're on it within a day

Frequently asked questions

What size space or footfall do I need to justify a kiosk?

As a guide, 8m² or more, in a location with 60 or more people. Smaller spaces can start with a coffee counter and move to a full kiosk later.

Do you provide a barista, or is it self-serve?

We build the staffing model around your needs and setup. A kiosk can typically run with one staff member and up.

Who owns the equipment?

Your choice — we offer rental, rent-to-own, or outright purchase.

What's the contract length?

Rent-to-own is typically a 1-year contract. Rentals run for a minimum of 6 months, with a 2-month notice period after that.

What happens if the machine breaks down?

We respond within 24 hours.

Can I get a kiosk for a single event rather than an ongoing installation?

Yes — our mobile kiosk model is built for one-off activations, conferences, and events as well as ongoing placements.

Which areas do you service?

Primarily Gauteng. We can go nationwide for larger installations — generally 40m² and up.

Ready to bring a coffee kiosk on-site?

Tell us about your space and we'll recommend the right kiosk model and cost structure — no obligation.
