White Label & Private Label Coffee Supplier in South Africa
Put your name on exceptional coffee — without building a roastery
If you run a café, restaurant, hotel, office, gym, or retail store in South Africa, you don't need your own roasting equipment to serve coffee that's genuinely yours. Beanco Coffee Roasters works with businesses across the country to put their brand on coffee that's roasted, blended, and packaged specifically for them.
Trading since 2016 and roasting our own beans since 2019 — Beanco started as a passion project, pan-roasting coffee in the kitchen, before it became a business. That same hands-on approach now goes into every white label and private label order we roast.
Whether you want a ready-made blend with your logo on the bag, or a fully custom roast built from scratch around your brand, we handle the sourcing, roasting, and packaging — you focus on the business you're actually building.

These two terms get used interchangeably, but they're not the same service, and knowing which one you need will save you time.
White label coffee
One of our existing house blends, packaged and branded under your name. It's the fastest, most affordable way to launch — you pick from blends we've already perfected, we put your logo on the bag, and you're selling within weeks. Minimum order is 6kg.
Private label coffee
A blend built from the ground up around your brand. We work with you through cupping sessions to develop a roast profile, flavour, and bean origin mix that's exclusive to you — nobody else sells this exact coffee. There's no minimum order to get started, so you can develop a genuinely one-of-a-kind product without committing to volume upfront.
If you're not sure which is right for you, that's normal — most clients aren't either at the outset. We'll talk you through it on a quick call and recommend the option that matches your volume, budget, and timeline.
Who we do this for
- Cafés and restaurants wanting a house blend that's actually theirs, not a generic bag from a wholesaler
- Hotels and hospitality groups looking for a consistent, branded in-room or restaurant coffee across multiple properties
- Offices and corporates who want branded coffee for the boardroom, reception, or staff kitchen
- Retailers and gift shops wanting a private-label product to sell on shelf
- Gyms, studios, and co-working spaces offering coffee as part of the member experience
- Subscription boxes and e-commerce brands needing a coffee SKU under their own name
How it works
Discovery call
We talk through your volume, budget, timeline, and what you're trying to achieve — whether that's a quick white label launch or a fully custom private label roast.
Taste and choose
For white label, we send samples of our existing blends. For private label, we run cupping sessions together and refine the roast profile until it's right. Your first samples — up to 250g — are free; after that, samples are charged at wholesale price per kg.
Branding and packaging
Your logo, your bag design, your story on the label. We can work from your existing brand assets or point you to a designer if you need one.
Roast and produce
We roast to order in small batches, so what ships is fresh — not sitting in a warehouse for months before it reaches you. Standard turnaround is 2 working days.
Ongoing supply
Once your blend is locked in, reordering is simple. If you've developed a private label blend with us, it remains exclusive to you — we won't sell that recipe to anyone else.

Frequently asked questions
What's the minimum order quantity?
6kg for white label. Private label has no minimum, so you can develop a custom blend without committing to volume upfront.
How long does it take to get my first batch?
Standard turnaround is 2 working days once your sample is approved.
Can I get samples before committing?
Yes. Your first samples — up to 250g — are free. After that, samples are charged at wholesale price per kg.
Do I need my own packaging?
No — we handle packaging as part of the service, using your branding. If you already have packaging or a supplier you prefer, we can also just supply roasted beans for you to pack yourself.
Who owns the blend recipe?
You can use one of our existing blends, or develop your own with us. Once you have your own private label blend, it's exclusive to you — we don't sell that recipe to any other client.
Do you supply outside South Africa?
Yes — we deliver nationwide and export.
Do you help with the equipment side too, not just the coffee?
Yes. Beyond roasting and packaging, we offer barista training, machine sourcing, supply and fitment, and ongoing servicing and maintenance.
